Is this service free?

Yes, WizVille Local Monitor is 100% free! 😊

Does the service work in all countries?

Yes, the service works in all countries in the world where Google Maps and Google My Business exist.

How often will I receive my Local Monitor reports? Can I change the frequency?

Our reports are sent monthly, at the beginning of each month, following your registration. We chose this frequency as a business receives, on average, between 2 and 5 reviews per month. Any more frequently, and you would not see any change from one report to the next.

It is therefore neither recommended nor possible to change the frequency of our reports.

Can I add competitors located in another city?

Yes! By default, the Local Monitor tool suggests businesses in the same industry, located near your store, but you can use the search tool to select other stores or businesses, located further away.

To do so, all you have to do is delete one of the 5 competitors suggested by default and enter the name of the desired competitor in the search field.

Can I compare the Google My Business ratings of my own stores?

Yes, even though the tool was not designed for this, you can choose to only select stores from your own network.

However, if you are interested in monitoring and comparing customer satisfaction between your points of sale (and own more than 5!), we recommend you talk to our teams to learn more about WizVille, our customer experience management platform.

The ratings shown in my report are slightly different to those on Google My Business. Why?
Can I change my list of competitors?

For now, you can only select competitors when you first register. However, we are working on a feature which should allow you to do this in the near future.

I can't find my / a point of sale that I want to add. What can I do?

If you can’t find the point of sale you want to add, it is because the listing has not yet been created on Google My Business. It cannot therefore be rated by consumers.

As a multi-store owner, can I monitor several of my stores in a single report?
Can I monitor more than 5 competitors?

Unfortunately, no, WizVille Local Monitor allows you to track up to 5 competitors.

Only “WizVille Local Insight" users, are able to monitor more than 5 competitors.

Can I create a second report with the same email address?

You can only create one report per email address, but can still subscribe to an unlimited number of reports created by other users who invite you to join them.

If you own several stores and want to monitor them in one single report, check out “WizVille Local Insight" which was specifically designed for chains of stores.

Can several people receive the same report?

Yes, it is possible to share access to a report. You can invite people of your choice to subscribe to the same report, just after registration.

To do so, first complete your registration by validating your email address.

You will then be invited to share your report with your colleagues.

You can reuse this same link as many times as you want to share access to your report.

How can I change my email address?

At this time, it is not possible to change your email address, but an update is planned to allow it shortly.

You can, however, unsubscribe from your report and create a new one with your new address.

I have not received my report. What should I do?

After validating your email address, you sometimes have to wait a few minutes before receiving your first report.

If you still haven’t received it, it’s likely that it slipped into your spam folder, or that your email address was entered incorrectly. If this is the case, you can simply sign up for a new report, this time with the correct email address.

If the issue persists, you can report the problem to localmonitor@wizville.com.

How can I unsubscribe?

To unsubscribe, simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all our emails. You will no longer receive your monthly satisfaction reports.

If you later wish to re-register, you can use this same link.
